Ibiza-style villa located on a large estate of 15,000 m2 with centuries-old olive trees and vineyards. It is located in the countryside, in the area called Sa Coma, in the middle of nature and just 10 minutes from the city of Ibiza.
Arriving at the house through the entrance walk, we find access to the house, pool area and barbecue, with a large terrace that borders the entire front, with outdoor furniture, a large table to celebrate your meals and dinners outdoors, meeting spaces and surrounded by gardens with native plants and flowers.
Access to the house we find the kitchen with dining room. Equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils, it is the connecting space between the outdoor areas and the rooms and living room. The living room, together with the terraces, is presented to us as the great nerve center of the house, where you can meet up with friends. and enjoy the stay. Its pleasant furniture next to the fireplace and the juniper beam ceilings make it a cozy place and a link between the 5 available rooms.
The rooms, all with wooden ceilings, exterior windows and careful Mediterranean decoration, offer a total of 7 beds, of which 3 beds are doubles and 4 single beds. It has 2 full bathrooms with a shower, sink, toilet and bidet, as well as shower and hand towels for all guests. Next to the living room we have an intimate space for reading or working with a desk and views of the countryside.
The pool is surrounded by fruit trees, palm trees and wild flowers. In addition to having sun loungers, next to it you will find a comfortable roofed space with a barbecue, a wood oven and a large table to enjoy with your family and friends.
The house has free Wi-Fi and a large recreation area where you can connect with the nature and breathe the authentic essence of Ibiza.
